Chester is a wonderful, huge Deans bear made in the early 1960s, I believe he is from the “London Gold Teddy” Range. He has his Deans Childsplay label sewn into his side seam, this label was in use from 1961 until the early 70s. He has mohair/wool blend fur and is soft stuffed, probably with sub stuffing. He has plastic safety eyes and brown velveteen pads. I adore his face and he is very cuddly boy, he also still has the most wonderful loud growl!!
