ADVANCE REPLACEMENT SERVICE: If you buying a reconditionedPUMPa refundable 40 deposit will be added to your cart.PLEASE NOTEOnly choose this option if your old part is not badly damaged, cracked. If you are in doubt or if your old part is damaged and not repairable, pleasecontact us (0208 803 9000)where a member of staff will be happy to help you for further assistance.

EXCHANGE SERVICE:When using this service you need to send the old part to our Ebay address below in advance. Upon receiving the old part we then will dispatch your reconditioned part for delivery the next working day.

DIRECT SALE WITHOUT EXCHANGE: If you do not want to send your old one back. You can select this option.Then you do not need to send the old PUMP back.

How to claim your Deposit:

You can claim your deposit within 14 days of purchase date. You need to send your old part to our address with a copy of your invoice, or your full name and address and email address. If you paid your deposit via PayPal, we will refund your deposit to your PayPal account. If paid by debit or credit card, we will refund your deposit to your card. Your refund will be processed within 1 to 2 working days.PLEASE NOTEwhen you return faulty parts you will have to pay for the return postage yourself.
