Oscar is an aged 1914 bear. He has a poor-ish covering of mohair, long arms and paws and shaped ankles with no claws on his paws or pads. Smaller bears tended to have no stitching. Both paws and pads have very old replaced leather over cotton He is stuffed with wood-wool. He is fully jointed with glass eyes, and a vertically stitched nose A tiny 10 ins bear who has seen some life.
