Super rare 1930Knickerbocker Teddy Bearhas boot button eye(s) and isin great condition.Since the first Knickerbocker bears were made they had light amber glass eyes. This makes the “boot button” eye Knicker incredibly rare. 1930 is the only year I am aware that boot button eyes were used.

This Teddy is 20″ tall, fully jointed, has excelsior stuffing, dark brown mohairand a hump back. Her nose stitching is original with small remnants of mouth stitching present. Felt paw pads are in very good condition. Leftpaw padhas a small hole easily visible in photos and there is some mohair loss on back of legs.
