Dusty is a very charming early Merrythought character teddy bear dating from early 1930s, bearing an original button on her back. She has almost no golden mohair left, feels to be stuffed with kapok throughout the body and wood-wool in the head. she is fully jointed, has got dark orange and black glass eyes, replacement black vertically stitched nose and inverted Y shape mouth stitching She has 2 replacement cotton pads in very good condition, no claws stitched to paws, and a large inoperative squeaker. She has her original celluloid button and is wearing a white dress and cardy, which is probably the same age as she is.
