You can claim your deposit within 14 days of purchase date. You need to send your old part to the our address with a copy of your invoice, or your full name and address and email address. If you paid your deposit via PayPal, we will refund your deposit to your PayPal account. If paid by debit or credit card, we will refund your deposit to your card.
