This reconditioned fan has been thoroughly tested by our engineer, who has replaced any faulty components to ensure it meets our high standards.

• Advance Replacement Service: If you choose to buy a reconditioned fan, a refundable 60 deposit will be added to your cart. Please only select this option if your old part is not badly damaged, cracked, or overheated. If you’re unsure or if your old part is damaged beyond repair, please contact us at 0208 803 9000 for further assistance.
• Exchange Service: If you opt for this service, you can purchase the part without a deposit, but you’ll need to send the old part to our address in advance. Once we receive the old part, we will dispatch a reconditioned item to you.

To claim your deposit, simply send your old part to our address within 14 days of the purchase date along with a copy of your invoice or your full name, address, and email. If your deposit was paid via PayPal, we will refund it to your PayPal account. If paid by debit or credit card, we will refund it to your card. Refunds are processed within 1 to 2 working days. Please note that you will be responsible for the return postage of faulty parts.
