Please note that this option is only suitable if your old part is not badly damaged, cracked, or overheated. For those interested in our Exchange Service, you can purchase the part without a deposit, but you will need to send the old part to our address in advance. Once we receive the old part, we will dispatch a reconditioned item to you.

To claim your deposit, simply send your old part to our address within 14 days of the purchase date, along with a copy of your invoice, or your full name, address, and email address. Refunds are processed within 1 to 2 working days, with the deposit refunded to your PayPal account if that was the payment method used.
