If you’re opting for our Advance Replacement Service, a refundable 40 deposit will be added to your cart. Please only choose this option if your old part is not badly damaged, cracked, or overheated. If you’re unsure about the condition of your old part, feel free to contact us at 0208 803 9000 and we’ll be happy to assist you further.

Alternatively, you can use our Exchange Service by sending the old part to our Ebay address in advance. Once we receive the old part, we’ll dispatch your reconditioned part for delivery the next working day.

To claim your deposit, simply send your old part to our address along with a copy of your invoice or your full name, address, and email. Refunds will be processed within 1 to 2 working days, depending on your original payment method.
