When you place an order with us, rest assured that we will do everything possible to dispatch it on the same day if received before 12.30pm, Monday to Friday. In the rare event of any unforeseen problems, we will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your order.

• Exchange Service: Select this service if you are willing to send your faulty item to be reconditioned and sent back to you. Our prices include next day delivery to you, and you will cover the postage to send the item to us.
• Advance Replacement Service: Ideal for those who want to receive the replacement part without sending the faulty one back first. We will send a replacement part the same working day if ordered before 12.30pm, and a 40.00 deposit will be charged for your faulty parts. Once we receive your faulty part, we will refund your 40.00 deposit.
• Direct Sale: Simply buy a refurbished PCB from our stock without the need to send your faulty one back to us.

Rest assured that all our reconditioned parts are covered by a 1-year warranty. If your product becomes faulty within the first year, simply send your faulty reconditioned part to us for testing. If a fault is detected, your faulty reconditioned part will be replaced under the warranty.
