• Advance Replacement Service: When purchasing a reconditioned fan, a refundable 40 deposit will be added to your cart. Please note that this option is only suitable if your old part is not badly damaged, cracked, or overheated. If in doubt, feel free to contact us for further assistance.
• Exchange Service: If you opt for this service, you can buy the part without a deposit but will need to send the old part to our address in advance. Once we receive the old part, we will dispatch a reconditioned item to you.

Claiming your deposit is easy. Simply send your old part to our address within 14 days of purchase, along with a copy of your invoice or your full name, address, and email. Refunds will be processed within 1 to 2 working days, depending on your original payment method.

Return faulty parts will require you to cover the cost of return postage.
