Ordering Information: We aim to dispatch all orders received before 12.30pm Monday to Friday on the same day. In the unlikely event of any issues, we will get in touch with you within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Purchase Options:

• Repair Service: Send us your faulty item, and we’ll recondition it and send it back to you with next day delivery included. You cover the postage to send the item to us.
• Advance Replacement Service: Receive the replacement part without sending the faulty one back first. A deposit of 40.00 will be charged, which will be refunded upon receiving your faulty part.
• Direct Sale: Purchase a refurbished PCB from our stock without the need to send your faulty one back.

Warranty Information: All our reconditioned parts are covered by a 1-year warranty. If your product becomes faulty within the warranty period, simply send it back to us for testing and replacement if a fault is detected.

Exclusions: Please note that PCBs blown due to water damage, burnt as a result of another faulty part, or high electric voltage are not covered under warranty.
