Tubby is a wonderful little character dog made around 1912 by Einco (which went on to become Chiltern Toys). He has gold and cinnamon coloured mohair, black stitched nose, mouth and claws and is entirely wood wool filled. His head is disc jointed, his legs are pin jointed and he has googly glass eyes. He measures 8 inches long nose to tail. I am sure that once upon a time he would have had a little red felt tongue, but this has been lost over time. I just love Tubby dogs, they are adorable!
