204x60mm – Fixed Spigot (SP204-125) – Converts 204x60mm rectangular ducting to 125mm round ducting.
204x60mm – Fixed Spigot (SP204-150) – Converts 204x60mm rectangular ducting to 150mm round ducting.
220x90mm – Fixed Spigot (SP220-125) – Converts 220x90mm rectangular ducting to 125mm round ducting.

Installation Guide

For maximum airtightness & durability:
Apply plastic ducting sealant to the pipe connection.
Push the fittings together.
Secure with aluminium duct sealing tape.
Alternatively, self-sealing fittings can be used installation is up to 70% faster and allows for easy dismantling.

Insulation of Ductwork

If installed in a cold area (e.g. loft space), insulation is required.
Required insulation: 25mm thickness & thermal conductivity of 0.04W/(m.k) or lower.
How to insulate ducting: Wrap with 25mm duct wrap (silver foil face) & Use 25mm rockwool.
Bubble wrap insulation is no longer compliant with building control regulations.
