When you choose our exchange service and proceed to Buy it now, we will send the replacement part once we receive your faulty PCB. Simply send your faulty part along with your eBay order details to our return address, and we will dispatch the replacement part as soon as we receive your details.

Before sending your old part, please ensure it is not water damaged, burnt, physically damaged, or cracked. If you are unsure about the condition of your old part, feel free to contact us for assistance before placing your order.

We stand behind the quality of our reconditioned parts and provide a 12-month warranty. If the part becomes faulty within the warranty period, simply send it back to us with your details, and we will replace it free of charge. Our dedicated team is also available to assist you with any issues regarding the part.

Please note that our warranty does not cover PCBs that are blown up, burnt, or damaged due to water leakage in the boiler, as well as software damage caused by overheating or the wrong electric circuit.

For shipping within the UK and mainland areas, we offer free first-class postage and packaging. Orders placed before 12:30pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Additional charges may apply for postage and packaging if you live in the Highlands or Offshore. If you require Saturday delivery, please contact us on eBay.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us immediately on eBay, and we will arrange for a replacement or assist you with resolving the issue promptly.
