With our customer service, you have the option to choose from different services. You can opt for our exchange service, where we send you the replacement part once we receive your faulty one. Or, you can go for our advance replacement service, where we send you the part in advance for a small deposit.

If you select the direct sale with exchange service, you won’t need to send the old PCB back to us.

It’s important to note that our reconditioned parts come with a 12-month warranty. If the part becomes faulty within this period, you can send it back to us, and we will send you another one free of charge.

However, please be aware that PCBs that are blown up, burnt, or have water leakage in the boiler are not covered under warranty. Additionally, software damaged due to overheating and wrong electric circuit is also not covered.

For shipping, we provide free first-class postage and packaging for UK and mainland areas. Orders must be placed before 12:30pm Monday to Friday for same day dispatch. If you live in the Highlands or Offshore, there will be a charge for postage and packaging. If you require Saturday delivery, please get in touch with us on eBay.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or try to sort out your problem as soon as possible.
