Our process is simple and convenient for you. If you opt for our advance replacement service, a refundable deposit will be added to your cart. Please note that this option is only suitable if your old part is not badly damaged, cracked, or overheated. If you have any doubts about the condition of your old part, feel free to contact us for further assistance.

Alternatively, you can choose our exchange service, which allows you to purchase the part without a deposit. You will need to send the old part to our address in advance, and upon receiving it, we will dispatch a reconditioned item to you.

To claim your deposit, simply return your old part to our address within 14 days of the purchase date, along with a copy of your invoice or your full name, address, and email. We will process your refund within 1 to 2 working days, returning the deposit to your PayPal account if that was your payment method, or to your card if you paid by debit or credit card. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the cost of return postage for faulty parts.
