ADVANCE REPLACEMENT SERVICE: If you buying a reconditionedPCBa refundable 40 deposit will be added to your cart.PLEASE NOTEOnly choose this option if your old part is not badly damaged, cracked or burnt. If you are in doubt or if your old part is damaged and not repairable, pleasecontact us (0208 803 9000)where a member of staff will be happy to help you with further assistance.

EXCHANGE SERVICE: If you want this service. Then you can buy the part with out deposit but you need to send the old part to our website address in advance. When we receive the old part.Then we will dispatch you a reconditioned part.

DIRECT SALE WITHOUT EXCHANGE: If you do not want to send your old one back. You can select this option.Then you do not need to send the old PCB back.

How to claim your Deposit:

You can claim your deposit within 14 days of purchase date. You need to send your old part to our address with a copy of your invoice, or your full name and address and email address. If you paid your deposit via PayPal, we will refund your deposit to your PayPal account. If paid by debit or credit card, we will refund your deposit to your card. Your refund will be processed within 1 to 2 working days.PLEASE NOTEwhen you return faulty parts you will have to pay for the return postage yourself.
